Phil Wood Spoke Cutting & Threading Machine
With assistance from our Phill Spoke Cutting & Threading Machine we are able to provide custom spokes in 14 and 15 gage, butted or aero, between 40 and 310 millimeters at a moments notice. We are NEVER out of spokes in the size you need right now.
Rolling the thread onto the end of the spoke does not remove material as would occur if the thread were cut onto the spoke. The tread is cold forged onto the spoke.
We recomend that high quality spokes be matched with this machine, such as Phil Stainless Steel Spokes. The machine is also very capable of forging threads on all standard and exotic metal spokes including the multi-colored titanium and the black stainless steel spokes.
