From easy rides on your favorites roads, to leg-testing centuries and forays into racing, Specialized's Allez Comp Mid-Compact has got you covered. Its svelte E5-aluminum frame is paired with a FACT tapered carbon fork for a ride so smooth and responsive, you'll have to swing a leg over it to believe it. Plus, the speedy DT Swiss wheels make going faster easier than ever before, while the compact (with a 52/36 crankset) Shimano 20-speed drivetrain offers a full spread of hill-climbing gears. And, the Allez Comp is spec'd with a choice spread of Specialized's tires and aluminum components, too.

I ride mostly on trails along the american river. This is my first bike and im not regretting a thing. Very comfortable and fast. The only thing bad is the white tape. The tape tend to get dirty fast. Other than that performance wise im in love.
Just got my bike today. First ride was a 15 mile ride. The bike was very comfortable. I could get up and go if I wanted to. This is the right bike for me.I went to my LBS a couple of weeks ago. I was not sure what kind of bike I wanted to buy. The staff put me on a few Treks, and they were ok. Then they put me on this Specialized bike and it was the one. It is like buying a car. You have to take it for a test ride and you know when you have the right one. I put some money down on my bike and came back a couple of weeks later to pick it up. They helped me out again. They were wonderful. They were as excited as I was. They set up my bike, I got some shoes, helmet, and gloves. I got some clip on peddles. After I got the bike home I spent some time getting used to the clip on peddles. They were easy to figure out. I went on a 15 mile ride, and I was comfortable on the bike. I can't wait to go out again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would buy another bike from this shop in the future. I can't wait to do a ride with the shop. Thanks LBS.
