Pricing
We price our products at MSRP, with in-store pricing adjustments honored until re-tagging. We do not provide rain checks for pricing errors and adhere to strict pricing rules from specific brands.

Discounts apply only to original prices, excluding labor, and price matching is available for authorized dealers, including shipping costs.

 

Returns
Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase and be accompanied by the receipt.

Returned items must be unused and with their original packaging.  “Unused” means that we can, in good faith, put them back on the sales floor and offer them to someone else as new. 

We cannot accept returns of shoes which have had cleats installed.

Lay-a-way deposits are non-refundable. 

Defective (warranty) items are managed according to the manufacturer’s written policies and only during the stated warranty period and must be accompanied by a receipt.  We do not to charge for labor or shipping costs associated with processing defective (warranty) items purchased from us.

Sales on discounted items are final. Please reach out if you have questions about closeout pricing.
