This website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our on-line catalog and we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer. We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Special Instructions from Customer
All special instructions must be included with your actual order. During the ordering process the "Special Instructions" field provides plenty of space for you to enter all special instructions. As we receive hundreds of emails every week, even special instructions that have previously been discussed with us must be reiterated at the time of your order. Lakeside Bicycles cannot be held responsible for special requests unless they are delivered to us in conjunction with the actual order.
Most orders will be ready after 4 pm the same day if received by 11 am (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after 11 am or on the weekend can be ready the same day if you alert us by phone that you have placed an order. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders requesting in-store pickup need to be picked up within 10 days or a 10% restocking fee may be charged.
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be back ordered. If this should happen, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that has actually arrived at Lakeside Bicycles.
