Pegoretti’s Duende takes its name from a concept in Spanish art that deals with a heightened state of emotion and authenticity typically associated with Flamenco.

While not quite as stiff as the Round, Mxxxxxo or Responsorium, Duende’s aesthetic is more classic than esoteric.  The Duende is well suited for someone seeking a comfortable all-day bike that does everything well. The tubing – Columbus ZONA – is still “oversized” in the front triangle to optimize stiffness, but with its rear triangle boasting traditional, tapering rear stays and more conventional dropouts for improved comfort.   We offer the Duende as a standard or Cycle Cross frameset, or you can custom order in the geometry of your choice in any of the currently available color schemes includeing Panel, Ciavete or solid colors.
